Winter's Wail is no more - and will not return.

The paths of Devin May and Johnny Mix have separated - both personally and creatively.
It happens.
Why has the band come to an end?
Because Winter's Wail has always been just two people throughout the entire journey, and it would be foolish and absolutely wrong to try to lie about that.
Many popular and not-so-popular bands tend to simply replace one member or another.
But when there are only two of you, and you invest your effort and resources equally (or almost equally), replacing someone becomes impossible - or rather, dishonest and foolish toward you.

That’s why the most honest and correct decision toward all of you is to end the life of Winter’s Wail.
It’s a very painful decision for both of us, but there is no other path.
We have always been a real band, real friends.
But at some point, something went wrong.
It happens.
